The funds must be sent and received with the same name as the account holder. 3rd party funds will not be accepted.
If your deposit is successful, the funds will be added to your ACForex account so you can begin trading (it can take up to 5 bussiness days for the funds to be received in case of bank wire, the rest of the
methods are instant).

AC Forex processes the withdrawal requests whithin the same day if the request is received during the working hours, of the next business day if the request is received outside working hours

If you have opened positions, you will not be able to withdraw your entire Available Balance. A minimum amount is needed to maintain a Maintenance Margin.

Withdrawal requests via bank wire take up to five business days to process. We are not responsible for any delays beyond our control, due to instructions received from you for the use of third-party withdrawal payment methods (i.e. credit card company, the wiring bank or intermediary banks) or wrong details provided for the transfer.
Once your request is complete, the information is forwarded to us for processing. You will receive an email confirmation of your withdrawal request.
Your withdrawal shall be processed via the same method that the deposit was made (I.E credit card, bank wire). Other deposits made by e-wallet or profits will be returned as a bank transfer (minimum amount for bank wire is $150)
