If you are dissatisfed with our services you may submit your complaint in writing to the Compliance Function of the Company who is authorized to handle and investigate complaints that may be submitted
from our Clients.
Please use the relevant Complaint Form contained in our Complaints Handling Procedure and submit it in any of the following ways:
1. By sending by post or delivering in person the Complaint Form at the following address: Espace Building, Unit No. G2, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles
2. By submitting the Complaint Form electronically at the following email address: complaints@acforex.sc

Once you successfully complete and submit your complaint, the Compliance Department of the Company shall handle and investigate your complaint within 5 days from the submission, and you will be continuously updated via email on the status of your complaint.
If, however, you are still unhappy with the result of the investigation you may wish to contact the Financial Ombudsman of Seychelles.
